I’m helping ambitious professionals reinvent their careers
I spent most of my career trying to find my passion. Now that I’ve found it, I can live my purpose.
The last 3 years of my life have been extremely transformative for my career. I transitioned from a career I was good at, but not passionate about as a Senior Manager in HR to a career aligned with my passions as a UX Writer/Content Designer. Doing work I’m excited about that utilizes my skill-set has been a joy.
At the same time, I’ve also experienced tremendous personal growth.
Growth that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of others.
I finally came out as gay. I vowed to overcome my anxiety by attending therapy. And I finally built my dream body through working with a fitness coach.
Hiring a therapist and coaches has helped me see the transformative power of working with others 1:1 to help them unlock their potential.
At the end of 2023, I knew I wanted to engage in this type of work, too. I had a new calling, not toward my passion for writing, but toward my purpose of unlocking transformation and reinvention.
That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of my new career coaching business: Spenser Warren Coaching.
After spending a decade in HR and reinventing my career within 8 months, I’m uniquely positioned to help ambitious professionals who are looking to know, find, and thrive in their life’s work.
My Jungian Life Coach training program has empowered me to help clients overcome limiting patterns and discover what they truly want, free from ego conditioning.
