My Fiction Sales Have Dwindled Down to $0. Here’s Why That’s a Good Thing.

As of today, I stand to earn a grand total of $0 for my fiction sales in November.

That’s right. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

It wasn’t like I was making an absolute killing before this month, either.

In fact, most months, I’m happy if I end up with $20-$30 in my author business bank account from Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, and the other various e-book retailers combined.

If this month’s sales trend holds serve, it will be the first month since releasing my first novel, One Last Kill, in February 2019, that I’ve earned absolutely nothing from book sales. But instead of getting pissed off and throwing in the towel on my writing career forever, I’m actually more determined than ever, both as a writer and as a thriller author.

What?!?! How can that be?!?! Doesn’t this mean you suck?!?!

Well, it could mean that.

But given that my books have solid reviews (all four are rated around 4 stars on Amazon and Goodreads), I don’t think that’s the case.
